How do I add or change my profile video on Facebook?

You can take or upload a video of up to 7 seconds to use as your profile video. Profile videos appear at the top your profile just like a profile picture. You can currently only add a profile video from iPhone or Android.
Keep in mind that accepted file types include gif, jpeg, png, psd, bmp, tiff, jp2, iff, wbmp and xbm.
To add a profile video from iPhone:
  1. Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Take New Profile Video to take a new profile video or tap Select Profile Picture or Video to choose a video from your phone.
  4. Tap Edit to edit your video. Tap Trim to make your video shorter, tap Sound to choose if the sound is on or off or tap Cover to choose a thumbnail for your video. Then tap Done.
  5. Tap Frames to add a frame to your video.
  6. For a temporary profile video, tap Make Temporary then choose the amount of time you'd like your video to be your profile video.
  7. Tap Save.
To add a profile video from Android:
  1. From your News Feed tap your profile picture in the top left.
  2. Tap your profile picture or video.
  3. Tap Take New Profile Video to take a new video or tap Select Profile Video to choose a video on your phone.
  4. Tap Edit to edit your video. Tap Trim to make your video shorter, tap Crop to center your video or tap Thumbnail to choose a thumbnail for your video. Then tap Save.
  5. For a temporary profile video, tap Make Temporary then choose the amount of time you'd like your video to be your profile video.
  6. Tap SAVE.
Note: Profile videos are public and can be viewed by everyone.
This feature isn't available in all locations.
